Welcome to Bellair's Fifth Grade program. Fifth grade is a transitional year in which students are held accountable for their school behavior and become strong responsible students. I hold high standards for all my students to enable them to see they are valuable and capable in being the best student they can be. Academic subjects will be modified for students with special needs so he or she may achieve and be successful.
Occasionally, if scheduling permits, inclusionary teaching is able to occur. Inclusionary teaching allows the special education teacher to come into the regular classroom and team teach with me which allows all the students to have access to two teachers.
